Refund & Cancellation Policy

In case of any technical issue encountered during online fee payment, such as:

  • If the payment is debited through credit/debit card and the internet goes down due to external server malfunction or similar issues.
  • The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to an internet malfunction.
  • If the payment gets deducted from the payer's account but does not reach the institute’s bank account.
  • If the payment gets debited twice due to a server error.

The institute will not be responsible until the course fee paid by the student or parent is successfully deposited in the institution's bank account. If the amount is credited to our account, the refund policy will apply as per the norms of the institute.


Easy Exit Policy

Purpose:

This policy aims to establish clear criteria and a procedure for providing an easy exit option to eligible students facing severe stress.

“Easy exit option should be made available to students facing severe stress, i.e. refund of fee proportionate to the remaining period.”


Refund Policy — After Start of Course

When a student exits the course due to any reason, the following amount will be deducted:

Exit Time Amount Deducted
0–10 days ₹10,000 + GST
11–20 days ₹20,000 + GST
21–30 days ₹30,000 + GST
After 30 days No Refund

Exit Criteria

A student may exit from the institute if they meet any one of the following criteria:

  • Student suffers from depression, anxiety, or severe stress and is not competent to continue the course.
  • Student suffers from mental retardation/Intellectual disability, psychotic disorders, or similar conditions preventing them from continuing.
  • Student suffers from severe stress due to course pressure and is found unfit to pursue further.

Exit Process

If the institute identifies that any student is suffering from severe mental stress or any disorder, the student will be referred to a clinical psychologist for evaluation. If the psychologist recommends further treatment or advises that the student should discontinue the course, the institute will:

  • Refund the fee proportionate to the remaining duration.
  • Adjust GST, service tax, processing charges, cost of study materials, etc.

The student must complete a full and final settlement form with the institution before the refund is processed.

If the fee is credited to our account, the refund policy will be applicable as per the institute's norms.


Other Important Refund Conditions

  • ACAST Fee Refund: No refund of Admission cum Anjit Scholarship Test Fee under any circumstances.
  • Registration Fee Refund: No refund of Registration Fee as it covers administrative expenses.
  • Short-Term Courses: No refund of any type will be made after joining short-term classroom courses.

Review of the Policy

The company may review and amend this policy from time to time. Anjit Academy reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this policy periodically.
