Do not create unnecessary stress for yourself by studying before the exam as that will have a direct impact on your result and might affect your results as well.

To enhance your studying experience, ANJIT provided these simple guidelines-

✅ Do’s (Before the Exam)

1. Prepare Smartly

  • Revise key topics and formulas instead of starting something entirely new.
  • Review summaries, notes, and past papers to refresh your understanding.
  • Practice time management with sample questions under timed conditions.

2. Keep Calm and Positive

  • Practice deep breathing or short relaxation exercises to reduce anxiety.
  • Visualize success — imagine yourself completing the exam confidently.
  • Avoid comparing your preparation with others.

3. Take Care of Your Body

  • Get enough sleep (7–8 hours) the night before — rest helps memory and focus.
  • Eat a balanced meal — light and nutritious (avoid heavy or oily food).
  • Stay hydrated — drink water, but not too much right before the exam.

4. Organize Your Materials

  • Keep admit card, stationery, calculator, and ID proof ready the day before.
  • Double-check exam venue, date, and time to avoid last-minute confusion.
  • Set an alarm and plan your travel to arrive early.

5. Read Instructions Carefully

  • Before starting the paper, read all instructions and marking schemes.
  • Plan your time — decide how long to spend on each section/question.

❌ Don’ts (Before the Exam)

1. Don’t Cram Last Minute

  • Avoid learning new or complex topics just before the exam — it increases stress.
  • Don’t stay up all night; sleep deprivation reduces focus and recall.

2. Don’t Skip Meals

  • Skipping food can lower your energy and concentration levels during the test.

3. Don’t Panic

  • Don’t focus on what you don’t know — instead, strengthen what you do know.
  • Don’t let anxiety take over — calm breathing helps more than last-minute study.

4. Don’t Forget Essentials

  • Don’t arrive late — rushing increases nervousness.

5. Don’t Overuse Devices

  • Avoid distractions like phones or social media; they eat into rest and focus time.

It is completely up to the you–the wonderful, awesome student–to efficiently manage your own time. Tests are something we are supposed to ace. With the correct mentality, amount of resources, and ideals, the outcomes will be glorious. All you have to do is study.

Wishing you All the Very best for Your Exam !!
